The King and the Sun (王様と太陽, Ōsama to Taiyō) is the twenty-third episode of the Ousama Ranking anime, and the final episode of season one.

Daida announces his marriage to Miranjo and vows to make up for the mistakes she has made so far. The four heavenly kings are surprised with his apparent sincerity and try to respond with their thoughts. A new king is born.
