Poise (ポイーズ, Poizu) is a character in Ousama Ranking and its anime adaption.
Appearance[]
Poise appeared as a small girl with short, light hair and large eyes. She appeared wearing a dress with long sleeves and carrying a stuffed spider. Noting her toy, one soldier describes her as "creepy".[1]
Personality[]
Poise seems to be a mature and empathetic girl despite her apparent age. She risks her own safety to help Kage escape and covers for him without instruction.
Plot[]
After Kage's mother instructs him to flee to the Poison Forest, he encounters Poise. She hides him in her stuffed toy spider. When Kage sees his mother's corpse, she begins wailing in order to cover his cries. After taking him to safety, Poise wishes him good luck. She wonders to the man accompanying her if he'll be okay, to which he reassures her and says that the Bo Kingdom has their eyes on them and that they need to be careful.
